Parrs Bank Project
We were contacted by the new owners of the Parrs Bank building in Warrington. Built in 1877 the building had some hidden gems which had been covered over the years, and after carrying out cosmetic repairs and restoring the main entrance doors we were asked if we could restore the entrance hallway. The floor had been covered with a variation of materials, but underneath was a beautiful Victorian Quarry tile floor. Our skilled floor technicians took to the job which took just over a week to restore, but the hard work produced a transformation that is truly phenomenal.
Deansgate Square Project
After carrying out cosmetic repairs during the construction phase, we were asked by the customer care manager if we could restore various hard wood floors across the project. The issue that occurred was that the floors had been sealed without a deep clean prior, this had trapped dirt and dust in the grain. Due to complexity of the job and being in highest buildings in Manchester we decided to use unorthodox solution, which was cleaner, quicker and greener.
